The 1% AI Session

Welcome to The 1% AI Session — a hands-on workshop designed to take you from using AI to actually working with it.

Hosted at Old Sessions House, this full-day experience includes practical learning, creative experimentation, and real-world applications. You’ll discover how to communicate with AI like a pro, personalize ChatGPT to your workflow, and even build your first agentic system using advanced tools like Manus AI.

Expect live demos, team challenges, and an afternoon networking session with founders, creators, and professionals shaping the next wave of AI innovation.

Info: We kick off with a hands-on warm-up inside ChatGPT — exploring what large language models (LLMs) actually do when they “think.” You’ll see how it filters, reasons, and generates outputs, and why most people still use it like a search bar instead of a partner.

Then we shift gears into personalization. You’ll learn how to train ChatGPT to adapt to your tone, logic, and workflow — so responses feel like you wrote them. Together, we’ll walk through a live setup that makes ChatGPT your ultimate working partner, not just another AI tool.

By the end of this session, you’ll know how to guide the model’s logic, control its level of reasoning, and start building a version of ChatGPT that truly understands how you think.

Info: In this block, we go beyond prompts — and start building personas. You’ll create three distinct AI Persona's: an Expert advisor (your intern), a Creative Collaborator (your brainstorming partner), and a Step-by-Step Tutor (your personal teacher).

We’ll also teach your AI how to communicate back to you — (why not encourage your AI to communicate back to you) asking the right questions, reasoning through feedback, and even learning other tools and software with you.

Then, using the RRD-E Framework (Reason, Role, Dream, Evidence), we’ll build long-term “genius chats” that grow smarter over time. Together, we’ll create two assistants: an Email Assistant that writes and replies in your voice, and another of your choice — like a Document Analyzer or Life Coach Assistant.

By the end, you’ll walk away with a system that not only understands you but helps you learn and think better every day. A AI activated with long term memory.

Info: You’ll learn how to use ChatGPT across devices — from typing on your laptop to voice-prompting on your phone, even sharing visuals in real time. We’ll experiment with voice, image, and FaceTime features, showing how to bring AI into your actual day-to-day workflow.

Then, we’ll unlock the next level — AI-to-AI communication (the 1% way). You’ll see how one AI can prompt another AI , turning simple prompts into complete workflows. We’ll cover how to set up “chained” AIs that collaborate on tasks like writing, deep researching, and analyzing data — the foundation of true agentic workflows.

Info: We wrap the day by stepping into the world of Agentic AI — where AIs don’t just respond, they think, plan, and act. You’ll learn how modern agents use feedback loops to reason, self-correct, and make decisions dynamically instead of following a single fixed path.

Then, we’ll go hands-on with Manus AI, your first smart agent — from generating images and slides to analyzing documents and videos. Together, we’ll create your first live agent, explore its sandbox, and watch it plan and act in real time.

We’ll close the day with an open Q&A and recap session, discussing automation ideas, and sharing early access to advanced tools and upcoming workshops.
