September rolls into Misty Ridge - a perfect time to do some work on names, devices, and badges!
We will be working on the populace badge belt favors for the Canton and Kevin J Franklin has graciously agreed to do some assisting and education for those who are working on their name or device submissions. An afternoon of work AND education!
Also, this is a great time to bring a friend who has been interested in our shenanigans! Being the new friend in a small gathering is easier to fit into than being one of many faces in a huge event, especially when we are all busy participating in the event and less focused on introducing the Society properly. Getting our new Canton members set up with garb and an idea of what to do helps them have a better first event experience.
As always, feel free to bring a project to work on in the spacious meeting room! Coffee and tea will be available (trying to think of something for our Ludicrous Fearghus) - bringing snacks is encouraged, but not mandatory.
We will be meeting again in the common room at the office, ADA parking is nearest the office. All others, please park in the spaces that face away from the buildings.
Smoking areas are on the sidewalks on the outside of the parking areas, away from the buildings.
