Sequim, WA – August 2025 – The Lodge at Sherwood Village is pleased to welcome SharonAnn Hamilton, author and lifestyle coach for adults, for an engaging and practical Fall Prevention Workshop designed especially for older adults.

In this friendly, interactive session, participants will learn simple, effective exercises to improve balance, stability, and coordination—no special equipment required. Just bring comfortable clothing and a willingness to move.
Workshop Goals:
Improve stability and coordination
Strengthen muscles that support balance
Reduce risk of falls
Boost confidence in daily movement
