Thai Yoga is defined as the “lazy man’s yoga”. A series of yoga stretches are performed on a table or mat. The practitioner will be using their hands, knees, legs, and feet. Techniques are designed to work along the meridians (the bodies energy lines). Thai yoga is very helpful to increase flexibility and joint mobilization. Please arrive in comfortable stretch clothes.
The courses will cover feet, legs, hands, arms, and neck.
