If curiosity killed the proverbial cat, we must have more than nine lives at Theatre of Wine since we are constantly hunting for the weird and wonderful, the curious and undiscovered ... but, without a solid base, this search would be in vain. Tonight, we return to the textbook grapes that everyone needs to know and which form the canon for wine tasters and wine lovers everywhere. This is all about delicious, well-made, characterful wines which perfectly express the typicity of their varieties. If you ever felt at sea tasting wine, this is an ideal chance to learn the key notes which form the wine-taster's ABC.
Our instore tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste 6-8 wines on a theme, and bread, cheese, and charcuterie are provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
