Ok guys I plan to be there between 10 and 12. I will need help setting everything up. If you are coming please plan to be there by 12-1230. If you are coming at a different time please message me directly. Setup will likely last until 4-5.
If you are bringing buildings, crumb rubber, or other stationary objects or media please plan to attend setup and bring these items with you. We cannot lay out the area without the good stuff!
I have not planned for power. It seems every year there is some new complication or hidden charge that doubles the cost. I refuse to deal with that service. If you want power find a way to bring it with you.
I will need help with taping my for roadways. If anyone wants to bring more tape great! I use the 1/4” masking paper or vinyl. Not something designed to be permanent.
Saturday the event staff will be able to get in before 10. I am usually there by 8. Everyone else will be able get in at 10 unless you have spoken to me prior.
Sign ups will be there at 10am. Hard cut off at 12 for the show n shine. You will be required to place a number decal and sponsor reveal on your truck. These are not permanent and the very least we can do to show support for Amain and RC4WD for sending us all the goodies for the prizes.

Please remember this is a huge event and there a few people for a lot of moving parts. Please be patient and understanding.
Remember we are all doing this for fun. Most of us attending and working this event make ZERO money in the hobby.
It’s that time again! We have been invited back to the Texas Trucking Show! Put it on your calendars and make sure you let me know if you’re attending. This will be like all the other years where we will need names etc. Still planning to do some agility and show and shine for some bragging rights. Maybe prizes if we get some sponsors. I am working on that soon!
