Join Intuit Healing Co., Westerly Wellbeing, and TrilliumWilds for a nourishing, two-hour evening that blends meditation, creativity, and connection to nature. We will begin with a 60-minute heart-centered sound bath led by Nicole Chandler Eng of Westerly Wellbeing. This guided meditation will focus on self-love, reflection, and intention-setting, inviting you to explore what it means to give a little more care and compassion to yourself so your life can grow in the direction you’re ready to cultivate. After the sound bath, guests will enjoy a brief refreshment break, allowing time to transition and integrate before moving into the creative portion of the evening. You’ll then return for a hands-on terrarium-making workshop led by TrilliumWilds. All plants and materials are provided. You’ll learn about soil, plant selection, and care while creating a personalized terrarium to take home. Your finished terrarium will serve as a living totem—a visual reminder of what you are nurturing within yourself and continuing to grow long after the evening ends.
