- Meet at Rockwoods Reservation PARK BY THE RESTROOMS.RUN STARTS Promptly at 6:30 AM so be sure to get there enough ahead of time to gear up etc.

- Mileage for this run is 13-15 Miles. We'll be running Greenrock Trail at Rockwoods Res out to Fossil Ridge Trail at Greensfelder Park then back and add on Rock Quarry if anyone needs more miles.
- Run your own pace, varied paces and distance options.
- Please be sure to RSVP and or update your RSVP in the event you have a change in plans, so our run leads know who all to expect.

If you are new to this trail to avoid getting lost on the trail, we recommend either pacing with another runner or stopping for other runners to catch up at a turn-off and or splits in the trail.
