Whether you're brand new to chakras or a seasoned yogi, this practice will meet you right where you are. Together, we’ll begin at our root and move gently upward through each sacred center — grounding, awakening, balancing, and opening as we go. You’ll explore how each chakra feels and flows in your own body through a breath-focused gentle Hatha yoga practice, interwoven with subtle alignment cues, energy awareness, and moments of stillness.
