On November 27th, Gusto 501 transforms into a three-level winter celebration of Italian food, wine, and festive spirit. Each floor will offer a distinct experience, from winter cocktails and canapés to a chef-led dinner and fireside s’mores on our newly unveiled Mountain Vista Lounge, a rooftop patio pop-up.

An immersive evening of food, wine, whiskey, and connection, Tinsel & Terracotta brings together Toronto’s neighbours, tastemakers, and friends for a holiday kick-off filled with warmth, generosity, and style. Whether you’re joining for cocktails or staying for dinner, celebrate the season.

What To Expect:
Throughout the evening, guests are invited to explore every corner of Gusto 501, each floor offering something special to discover.

Begin the evening at our beautiful Cocktail Bar and experience Gusto 501’s new seasonal winter cocktail menu, paired with one-night-only passed canapés that set the tone for the night ahead.

The Attico , our warm and glowing Italian attic, transforms into a festive gathering space that celebrates the art of connection.

End the night beneath the twinkle lights on our winter patio pop-up, an inspired romantic winter hideaway in the heart of Corktown. Toast marshmallows at the s’mores station, sip hot cocktails, and unwind fireside. The rooftop experience is supported by our friends at Toki Whiskey, who bring their signature touch through a warm and glowing Toki Activation.

Charlie’s Burgers started in early 2009 as a series of private dining events by Franco Stalteri and Donato Carozza. Each dinner event is hosted by a different high-profile chef and is held in a different location. Charlie’s Burgers has collaborated with chefs recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, The Michelin Guide and Relais & Chateaux, in Canada, England, France, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and the US. In 2010, CB was ranked by Food and Wine Magazine as number 3 on its list of “100 Best New Food and Drink Experiences in the World”. The CB team was instrumental in bringing the Michelin Guide to Toronto and Canada, having started the project in 2017 with the City of Toronto. The CB Wine Program, Canada’s Premier wine club, now in its 12th year is a custom-curated case of wine every month from a different producer from around the world imported exclusively for members. Hand delivered from vineyard to table. Award winning wine producers from around the world recognized by wine critics like James Suckling and Robert Parker.
