Join us for a soulful, family-friendly gathering dedicated to postpartum healing, care, and connection. This day blends ancient ritual, herbal wisdom, body care, and creative expression to support birthing parents and their families through the powerful transition after birth.

Tickets: $10 Seed Ticket (for under-resourced families) | $20 Roots Ticket

12:00 PMSealing Ceremony (Limpia): A water-centered cleansing ritual with herbs and group energy

1:30 PMNourishing with Intention: Herbal Support for Postpartum Healing

2:30 PMPelvic Anatomy & Conversation + Nourishment Station

3:30 PM"I Release to Receive": Creative Writing Workshop for Emotional Release

Sonia Williams-Joseph – Bodily wisdom guide specializing in postpartum recovery, creating stigma-free space for open dialogue on body changes and healing.

Sol Alexandria & Shakera Holness – Co-facilitators of a sacred sealing ceremony rooted in Mexican/Mayan postpartum traditions, offering hands-on care and restoration rituals.

Laura Walker – Herbalist guiding families in using herbs, teas, and mindful movement to thrive postpartum.

Praise Iyiewuare – Creative writing facilitator focusing on trauma-informed healing and emotional release.
