The Tender Tear Café is a gentle, welcoming space where your stories, your grief, and your tears are not only allowed—they are honored. This monthly gathering offers you permission to show up exactly as you are, carrying whatever loss, love, or questions you hold in your heart.
Here, we come together to deepen our understanding of grief and loss, explore healthy and healing practices, and find comfort in the presence of others who truly understand. Whether your grief is new or has been carried for years, you are welcome.
This group is compassionately facilitated by Tasha Thibodeau, Death Doula and Funeral Director. With her compassionate heart, grounded presence, and years of experience walking with individuals through death and bereavement, Tasha creates a safe and supportive environment where you can openly share your thoughts, fears, and experiences.
Discussions are open, respectful, and confidential, allowing you to express yourself without judgment or pressure. You are free to listen quietly, speak from the heart, or simply be held by the supportive energy of the group.
Our goal is to increase awareness and understanding of death while helping foster a community rooted in empathy, connection, and shared healing.
