New Moon Gathering
We live in busy times. Intentionally slowing down, turning inward, and reflecting has become a deep act of care. Gathering with other women in a supportive, open space is something many of us don’t get in everyday life.
This 2-hour circle is a space to pause, soften, and come back to yourself in community. A place to be seen, heard, and held, and to offer that same presence to others.
Each gathering is guided by the energy of the New Moon and a monthly astrological theme. While every circle is unique, you can expect a blend of practices that support reflection, embodiment, and connection, such as:
– astrology as a self-reflection tool
– guided visualizations
– gentle movement
– breath and somatic awareness
– sound and subtle energy work
– journaling
– dyads and shared inquiry
– loving-kindness practices
– play, gratitude, and simple ritual
This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and be witnessed in community.
Who this is for
This is a safe and inclusive space for all who identify as women. All races, ethnicities, spiritual paths, and backgrounds are welcome.
All women who feel curious are invited.

– anything that helps you feel comfortable
I’ll be sitting on the floor, with chairs available. Floor folks are welcome to bring a mat or cushions.
