Tender & Fierce is an intimate 4-week journey for women ready to deepen their relationship with themselves and reclaim their feminine power in a grounded, embodied way.

Unlock deeper love for all your facets, cultivate harmony between your inner feminine and masculine, and reclaim a sensuality that exists beyond performance.

This series is for the woman who is ready to put in the work and dedication to foster a more authentic relationship with her feminine self. Whether you have been climbing up the career ladder and feel lost, navigating a life transition, or trying to find love without losing yourself, this space invites you to turn inward and apply meaningful shifts in your daily life so that your self-worth, relationships and creative projects become more harmonious and alive.

Each session blends grounded teachings with embodied practice. We begin with a centering ritual, explore the theme of the week through discussion and reflection, and move into a guided embodiment practice to anchor the work into lived experience. We close with a soft integration supported by sound healing and a practical ritual or reflection to carry into your week.

While each workshop stands alone, the four weeks are designed as a progressive journey. For the deepest transformation, joining the full series is recommended, but you can join fewer if that fits your schedule best.

By the end of this series, you will:

– Trust your body instead of overriding it
– Stop negotiating your desires to be liked
– Express love without shrinking yourself
– Integrate softness without losing your power

Where do you withhold your vital force?

In our first week, we reconnect with the instinctive, embodied self — the part of you that knows before the mind intervenes. Through teachings on the Wild Woman archetype and somatic practice, you will begin releasing overthinking patterns and returning to the wisdom of your body.

Where do you perform love or sensuality in order to be accepted?

This week focuses on three essential centers of feminine aliveness: the womb (creative center), the heart (love and devotion), and the throat (expression and truth). Together we explore how self-erasure can show up in relationships and how to live, love, and express yourself from a more integrated and powerful place.

What is the dynamic within yourself?

We explore the feminine and masculine principles that live within each of us — not as gender roles, but as inner energies. Where do you over-control, suppress, or overextend? Where do you collapse or withhold? This session supports you in cultivating healthy expressions of both so your inner world becomes collaborative rather than conflicted.

Where have you been separating desire from love?

In our final week, we explore the relationship between eros and devotion — integrating the wisdom of the womb with the openness of the heart. We examine how disconnection between desire and love can create internal resistance, and how honoring your personal boundaries allows sensuality to feel grounded, sovereign, and alive.

This is an intimate pilot series that will later evolve into an online offering. Participants will have the opportunity to share reflections and explore deeper work beyond the series.
