Ten-Day Early Morning Series with Neil Wadhawan

What to expect:
Classes will be strong, focused, and may feature some non-traditional poses, movements, and use of props.
Schedule:
Daily, beginning Monday (2/23) through Wednesday (3/4) at 6:00-6:50 am.
We will meet every morning for 10 days.
This 10-day journey is perfect for those looking to start their mornings with intention, cultivate mindfulness, and develop deeper strength inside and out.
Neil’s classes are playful and fluid, with the heart of each class featuring Neil playing a Djembe drum while instructing. The Djembe plays the rhythm of the breath called Ujjayi, an ancient yogic breathing technique, which allows practitioners to breathe and move in sync. Neil has been a teacher in several trainings in San Francisco and all over the world. He continues to share his love for the practice locally and beyond.
Missed classes can be made up through Neil's virtual recordings.
