Long before modern life disconnected us from our bodies, our rhythms, and each other, women gathered in temples, red tents, rituals, and sacred spaces to remember together.
To soften.
To grieve.
To celebrate.
To awaken.
To be witnessed in all the phases of womanhood.
There is a different kind of field that emerges in feminine sisterhood.
A field where the nervous system softens.
Where women remember parts of themselves buried beneath hyper-independence, conditioning and survival.

Within this immersion we work with the wisdom of both the archetypes and the elements.
The archetypes are living energies that exist within every woman:
The Sacred Lover.
The Wild Woman.
The Great Mother.
The Eternal Queen.
The Mystic Priestess.
The Warrioress.
Each carries both light and shadow.
Each opens different gateways within us.

Women joining Temple of Water or Temple of Fire will receive a special invitation into future mixed temple journeys as part of the wider Medicine Within pathway.
For many women, the women’s immersions become a doorway:
first softening into feminine embodiment and sisterhood…
then exploring polarity, intimacy, devotion, and connection within the wider temple field.
Some women will join only one temple.
Others will feel the deeper call.
You will know in your body.

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
You are welcome to bring:
• a shawl / blanket
• water bottle
• journal
• sacred object for the altar (optional)
No experience with tantra or embodiment work is needed.
Beginners and experienced women are both welcome.
All practices are invitations.
Consent, boundaries, nervous system safety, and choice are deeply honoured within the space.
