About the Founder— Get AGILE!
Jessica Tangelder is the founder and driving force behind HOST2Transform, a leadership, business innovation, and transformation consultancy she has been building since 2010.

With University degrees in Business Innovation, Sociology, Corporate Anthropology, and International Relations, she combines academic depth with entrepreneurial action. Having lived and worked across the globe, including in Australia, the United States, and India, Jessica developed a unique ability to bridge cultures, perspectives, and disciplines. Throughout her career, she has connected the worlds of business, government, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

She worked for the Dutch Mission to the United Nations and Deloitte Consulting in The Netherlands, where she helped build transformational change capabilities and led complex leadership, culture, and behavioral change programs. At age 27, she became one of the youngest lecturers at Nyenrode Business University and contributed to pioneering ESG-initiatives such as DeliteLabs—Entrepreneurship Program for Newcomers. Beyond her professional work, she co-organized Row4Rights, rowing the Danube from Vienna to Budapest to advocate for human rights and served in Amsterdam's local political arena, launching initiatives focused on healthcare, diversity, and sustainability.

Today, Jessica combines 15+ years of experience in leadership, culture transformation, organizational development, and human-centered innovation and delivers executive leadership programs for Oxford Management Centre across Europe, Africa, Indonesia, and the Gulf region, while advising multinational corporations, public-sector organizations, and SMEs on collaboration with various Consultancy firms. Through HOST2Transform, she certifies executives and licenses consultants and consultancy firms with one mission: scaling human-centered leadership for sustainable people-business-societal change.

Her work integrates systems thinking, behavioral neuroscience, and social anthropology to help leaders navigate complexity, build trust, and deliver lasting results. Known for combining strategic rigor with genuine human connection, Jessica enables leaders to zoom out to see the bigger picture and zoom in on the relationships and behaviors that drive performance.

Based in Amsterdam and working internationally, she lectures and delivers interactive keynotes and programs on leadership, transformation, business innovation, and systemic change. Clients value her ability to create psychological safety while constructively challenging leaders to take ownership, elevate performance, and achieve sustainable impact.
