About this Event
Step inside the Temple of Breath — a co-ed ceremonial immersion held within the sacred walls of a 200-year-old church, where movement, music, and breath become pathways of transformation and remembrance.
We begin in circle — grounding into presence and setting a collective intention for the journey ahead. This opening space invites you to arrive fully, be witnessed, and feel the safety to express whatever longs to move through.
Through guided meditation, we shed the noise of the day and return to the rhythm of the heart. From there, we enter a guided embodied movement practice — an invitation to drop deep into your body, to soften resistance, and to prepare your vessel for the journey ahead.
As the music builds, the body takes over.
We move into free-form expression — primal, rhythmic, and liberating. The dance shakes loose the armor, the edges melt, and what’s left is pure devotion in motion.
Here, dance becomes prayer, and the body becomes the altar.
When the energy softens, we surrender into conscious connected breathwork — the breath as medicine, the journey inward. With what no longer serves already moved through the body, the breath carries us into deeper states of release, clarity, and remembrance.
We close in stillness and integration, returning to circle to anchor what’s been revealed — hearts open, bodies alive, spirits grounded.
This is a homecoming —
from the head into the heart,
from motion into devotion.
