A former law professional turned full-time dance visionary, Tejas is the Founder & Director of DanceFit Studio — India’s fast-growing dance learning ecosystem that combines structured training, certification pathways, dance fitness, and mental wellness through movement. Tejas is widely recognized for pioneering concepts like Nritya Sadhana (Dance for Mental Health), integrating dance, breathwork, and mindfulness into a transformative practice.
