About this Event
Join us for a guided outdoor experience designed to help teens ages 13-17 slow down, reset, and build real-life tools for managing stress and overwhelming emotions.
This nature-based workshop blends gentle movement, mindfulness, and group reflection in a way that feels approachable, not awkward or forced. Teens will have the opportunity to step away from daily pressures, connect with nature, and learn simple strategies to feel more grounded and in control.
Throughout the walk, we’ll pause for short, guided activities that support:
• Managing stress and anxiety
• Handling overthinking and big emotions
• Building self-awareness and confidence
• Learning calming tools they can use in everyday life
This is not a traditional “sit and talk” group. Teens can expect a relaxed, supportive environment with space to move, reflect, and engage at their own comfort level—no pressure to share more than they want to.
• Designed for teens
• No prior experience with mindfulness needed
• Comfortable clothing and walking shoes recommended
• Water encouraged
