🚨 🚨 TEENS , YOUR SPRING BREAK ADVENTURE AWAITS 🚨This April, our 3-Day Teen Pole Series is going to flip Spring Break upside down! Ages 13–17 — all bodies, all genders — everyone is welcome. You do NOT need to be dancing with us for your teen to join the madness. This is your chance to allow them to do something amazing with their vacay. 💫
April 6th, 8th + 10th
2:30pm-3:30pm
Think pole = sexy? Nope. Think pole = strength, confidence, and “wow I can do that?!” moments. No hip rolls, no adult flair, just lifting, climbing, and discovering what your body CAN do — safely, with expert instructors, and in a judgement-free space.
Over 3 days, your teen will:
Learn beginner moves that build strength & mental agility
Lift and move their own body weight
Play, challenge themselves, and bond with other teens in a safe, supportive community
Parents, jump into classes if you want — your teen is in the studio, you’re in the studio, and now you have something to share, bond over, and talk about. Building connection? That’s our jam! But don’t feel like you have to.
💡 What to wear: shorts + tank or t-shirt that lets arms & legs move freely. Bare feet or grip socks recommended.
