How does it feel to grow up in times of war? In a self-made collaborative documentary, nine young Ukrainians provide a unique insight into their lives – into a daily routine in a state of emergency.
The film, which was made as part of the “Teen Angst” project, tells personal, honest and radical stories of a search for security and contentment. The young women, some of whom live in Ukraine and some of whom have fled to Germany, are co-authors of the film: How much is left for oneself when fear for family and fellow human beings, when death, separation and trauma are omnipresent?
