TEDxTeesside is back. Bigger. Bolder. After two sold-out years, we're taking over a venue in Teesside on 16th of October 2025 - we have one booked but due to the success of pre-sale we might need to go bigger!
Event Overview: TEDxTeesside is dedicated to the power of ideas and how they can change everything. We are bringing together local leaders, creators and change-makers as well as people from around the world to share their ideas on our stage.
Our 2025 theme is Dream. Dare. Do.
We need people who dream about a better tomorrow, find the courage to dare, and love making things happen. Because what's the point in dreaming if we don't take action?
Why Teesside? We want to contribute to the importance of creating more opportunities and events regionally outside of the major cities for better accessibility and inclusion. Our dream is to host TEDxTeesside across the 5 towns in Tees Valley over the next few years.
The Experience: Join three inspiring sessions of talks curated to build a better, more equitable future. TEDxTeesside 2025 will retain a 'glocal' feel, bridging global perspectives with local impact. This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED.
You'll experience a series of TEDx talks from speakers based in the Northeast and from outside of the region, who will share their ideas that are shifting our world in the right direction.
