Mental Health Awareness Conference- October 15th, 2025
Join us for a day filled with insightful discussions and valuable training on mental health at the IAN HASLOCK LECTURE THEATRE, STRIVE Academic Centre. The agenda for the day is below:
đź“Ť 09: 00 - 10:30 Mental health is everyone's responsibility, in this workshop we will:
- Increase your awareness of mental health with a specific focus on what to look out for in yourself, your colleagues, and your patient
- Provide information on signs and symptoms of common mental health difficulties
- Offer guidance and signpost to further support and resources
10:30 - 10:45 Short break
đź“Ť 10:45 - 12:15 Suicide is everyone's responsibility, in this workshop we will:
- Increase your awareness of suicide ​
- Provide information on vulnerability factors for suicide​
- Myth busting common assumptions​
- Developing your confidence in asking about suicide​
- Offer guidance and signpost to further support and resources.

Target audience:
University Hospital Tees (South and North Tees) NHS foundation trust staff
