Back in Basement! Techno Yoga | Discovering Dreams will take place on the 17th of April in two sessions ???In Techno Yoga, we explore our embodiment through a vinyasa yoga practice, focused on the breath and the love of the breath. Together, we celebrate this safe space by exploring the genres and vibrations of Techno! I will focus highly on embodiment through this practice, and during these sessions we will explore and empower our bodies through our practice of yoga with the sound therapy of the sound system in this space ??♀️??♂️??♀️??♂️
In a harmonious collaboration between movement and visual expression, visual artist - Will Zawistowski - joins together with visionary yoga teacher - Natasha Boye - to explore the enchanting world of dreams. Through gentle movements and abstract visuals displayed surrounding stage, participants are transported into a realm where imagination flourishes.
With each breath, and each stretch, we aim to dive into a realm of creativity and relaxation, where the boundaries between dreams and reality blur, creating a space in mind to manifest dreams into reality ✨✨✨
The class will be one hour long each.
First session starts at 17:30: gate will open at 17?
Second Session starts at 19: gate will open at 18:30?

Please bring your own mat to the space and be mindful of your own body. This practice is for all levels of yoga! Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, expression, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality and so on. There are no refunds on tickets, however you may try to resell your ticket if you are sick.
