Join us at Marrickville Library to attend free introductory computer classes for seniors with a Vietnamese-speaking trainer.
This five session program will assist seniors with little or no digital experience to develop skills and confidence in using technology for socializing, accessing services or conducting personal business.
Each session will need to be individually booked.
Tech Savvy Seniors is a partnership between the NSW Government and Telstra, providing technology training to seniors through NSW public libraries.
Tuesdays:
5 May,10am - 12pm - Introduction to computers/ Introduction to the Internet
12 May, 10am - 12pm - Sharing photos and other attachments through email
19 May,10am - 12pm - Introduction to Social Media
26 May, 10am - 12pm - Introduction to iPads and apps
2 June, 10am - 12pm - Introduction to Cyber Safety
ABOUT THE VENUE
MARRICKVILLE PAVILION AND LIBRARY is accessible by lift from both the street and ground levels. The venue is accessible for people using wheelchairs and other mobility aids. There is a hearing loop available.
