This is a great opportunity to get to know TeamPHCA, connect with the community, and enjoy an unforgettable experience aboard the yacht!

EACH PERSON MUST REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY

Every attendee is required to complete their own individual registration.
Group registrations are not permitted.
A separate Eventbrite ticket must be completed for each person attending.

FULL LEGAL NAME REQUIRED

Registration must include the attendee’s full legal first and last name.
Incomplete registrations or duplicate names may be canceled.

RSVP CONFIRMATION REQUIRED

A confirmation email will be sent approximately one week before the event.
You must confirm your attendance in order to receive your final ticket.
Failure to confirm may result in cancellation of your reservation.

LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE

Seating is limited and registrations will close once capacity is reached.
