About this Event
Explore how you can integrate Mexican art into your curriculum. Teachers will gain inspiration from our ongoing exhibition, Nuestras Historias: Stories of Mexican Identity from the Permanent Collection, building confidence to bring artmaking activities into the classroom. Participants will get a guided tour & walk away with strategies to integrate art into their existing curriculum at any grade level, in addition to a guide to use in the classroom and create a hands on identity sculpture inspired by artist Josefina Aguilar.
Educators will earn 3 CPDUs in this professional development opportunity.
