Tea and Chi(Qi): The Radiance of Fire
Summer brings warmth, joy, and connection. In this seasonal workshop, we align with the Fire Element, which governs the heart and small intestine. Through qigong practice, we awaken vitality, open the heart, and cultivate balanced joy. A meditation on compassion and presence will deepen our capacity for connection. As the session closes, we gather around cooling herbal tea, reflecting on how to tend the fire within—bright enough to shine, steady enough not to burn out.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 1:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 2:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the workshop, journal, water, etc. We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
