TCY Transcendental Sound Bath & Yoga

Join us for a yoga & meditation experience unlike any that you have ever participated in. We'll begin with breathwork, meditation and a light yoga flow to allow full awareness of our bodies, followed by an extended savasana & soundbath by critically acclaimed musicians & sound healers, Lighthawk Reverie & Eliza Maroney.

Remember to bring:

- Yoga Mat, Pillow(s)/Bolsters, and a Light Blanket

- Sacred Herbs or Crystals for grounding

- Products to enjoy before class.
