Join us under the energy of the New Moon in Taurus for a deeply grounding and restorative yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come back into your body.
This workshop focuses on releasing tension held in the neck and shoulders, where stress and daily demands often build. Through slow, intentional movement and supportive stretches, you’ll be guided to soften tightness, create space, and bring ease back into the upper body.
Rooted in Taurus energy, we’ll explore steady, grounding postures that help you feel more supported, present, and connected from within.

You’ll be gently guided through a moment of reflection during the workshop, and receive a a new moon mini workbook to continue the practice in your own time.
