"After years of serving food in my own restaurants, I set out to reconnect with the people who helped shape my journey. I'm leaving the kitchen to step into their world, to walk their land, hear their stories, and cook their dishes with my own tropical spin.
This journey is about deepening friendships, honouring culture, and understanding how food connects us to place and to each other. I bring the recipes and ingredients gathered along the way back to my café, where these new dishes are shared."
