🎆 Fireworks don’t just happen… patriots make them happen! 🇺🇸
Taste of Lake Murray, presented by Lexington Health, returns on March 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia. This signature culinary celebration is the sole fundraiser for Lake Murray’s Independence Day Celebration, helping light up the sky with fireworks from two lake locations each year.
Since 1989, Capital City/Lake Murray Country has proudly produced this beloved July 4th tradition. The 2026 event is especially meaningful as it coincides with the 250th Anniversary of the Revolutionary War—making this year’s celebration truly revolutionary.
🍽️ A Party With a Purpose
Taste of Lake Murray 2026 will debut an all-new event logo and a refreshed guest experience from start to finish.
New participating restaurants include Cola’s, Ember, Mother’s Oysters and Pies, SouthShore Grill & Grocery, and Tako Sushi join returning favorites including Big Boy’s BBQ, Blue Marlin, Columbo’s, Hall's Chophouse, Lexington 2 Innovation Center, Roy’s Grille, Sarah’s Rockin’ Kitchen, Savage Craft Ale Works, The Bistro, and even more to come!
🌾 NEW: The Liberty Lounge
Presented by the South Carolina Department of Agriculture, the Liberty Lounge is a brand-new outdoor experience featuring:
- A DJ and lively atmosphere
- Local samples and food trucks
- An enhanced farm-to-fork focus, celebrating locally sourced ingredients and regional flavors
- Inside the ballroom, guests will enjoy a reimagined layout designed for better flow, engagement, and enhanced sponsor visibility.

- Reserved Seating: +$25 per person (limited availability)

- Advance purchase required (no tickets sold at the door)
- Each ticket includes event entry, food from all participating vendors, and beverages including water, tea, beer, wine, and assorted sodas.
