- Starting well makes all the difference. Warm up exercises are an essential part of safe and effective practice. Gentle preparation of the body helps prevent injuries and improve flexibility and muscle stamina.

Wu Qin Xi - Five Animal Frolics
- A traditional qigong practice that promotes health through slow, mindful movements inspired by the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane. Each animal sequence encourages natural, flowing motion combined with breathing, mental intention and focused awareness. This practice enhances flexibility, emotional balance, and the healthy functioning of internal organs.
