Somatic Healing JourneyAn Experiential Immersion in Nervous System Resilience & Embodied Healing
10am – 5pm | Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May
New Plymouth, Taranaki
This is not a typical workshop.
It’s an intimate, deeply experiential space for those ready to engage in meaningful inner work.
Rooted in The TARA Approach, this two-day journey offers practical tools and embodied practices to support healing, resilience, and personal evolution—at a pace that honours your nervous system.
Whether you are navigating your own healing, supporting others, or feeling called to deepen your understanding of trauma and the body, this space invites you to slow down, listen, and reconnect.
🌿 This experience is for you if you are:
• Walking your own healing path and ready to go deeper
• A practitioner, therapist, coach, or space-holder wanting grounded, embodied tools
• Supporting others (family, clients, community) and seeking sustainable ways to care
• Curious about the intersection of body, energy medicine, and trauma
• Drawn to small-group, high-integrity learning environments
🌊 What we’ll explore:
• The difference between shock and trauma—and why it matters
• The TARA Approach: an holistic healing modality for the resolution of shock and trauma, and the embodiment of original brilliance.
• Energetic first aid using Jin Shin TARA.
• Vagus nerve support and flight/fight response protocols
• Creative process as a pathway for integration and healing
• Participant-led topics shaped by the group’s needs
