It's time to celebrate! Join us for great memories, fun and satisfying bites as we reflect on 40 years of pre-trial release, intervention and rehabilitation for adult and youth offenders throughout Miami-Dade County! In 1986, the late, Civic Champion Ms. Georgia Jones-Ayers and the late, retired Senior Circuit Judge Thomas K. Petersen, established The Alternative Programs, Inc. (TAP) to ensure that critical no-cash bail alternatives became a permanent relief for citizens who commit non-violent offenses. 40 Years later, we're honoring Ms. Jones-Ayers and Judge Petersen's pioneering work and the people who helped us to sustain this vital service to the community!
