About this Event

Sports Strapping

Kinesiology Taping Method

ACTIVETAPE Functional Deload Taping Method

You will leave this 2 day workshop training program 100% equipped to deal with any type of injury/pain presentation both at the clinic and sports club level. Spending 2 days working with 1 of the leading therapists in the UK in the three taping methods, you will have the opportunity to attend a course unlike any other and with a leader in their field.

Very clinically relevant taping workshop. The aim is to educate and train you how & when tapes should be used. And which tape is the best to use.

Day one covers key techniques associated with sports taping and k-taping. These are essential skills for any therapist looking to play an active role in the management of sports injuries and the skills gained will help in private practice too.

Day two covers ‘Active’ Biomechanical taping, which helps ‘deload’ tissues and guide movement.

Active tape has many times the resistance and recoil compared to k-tape. Imagine using a tape similar to theraband and you will start getting an idea of what it is and its function.

You will leave this course 100% equipped to deal with any type of injury/pain presentation both at the clinic and sports club level.

Over the course of the day, we will cover the following:
