Please bring a yoga mat. Participants may also want to bring a shawl or small blanket.
About the instructor: Rose is a seasoned yoga teacher who specializes in creative flows with a focus on curiosity and self-observation. She’s an anatomy nerd and is currently training to become a licensed massage therapist. She loves helping people understand and feel more connected to their own bodies.
