Tango is all about connection and sensitivity to signals from the body. Learn how to feel your way rather than getting concerned with how to do it right. Let your mind drop into your body in the present moment and enjoy the unity of flow that can happen on the dance floor.
Tango is an embodiment of many core tantric principles; presence, passion, relaxation, integrity, effortless movement, sensitivity, polarity, etc. And yes, tango is tantric in itself, if you remember to be more interested in the connection than the technicalities. With experience, dancers can be both technically advanced and fully connected, but that is not the case for most of us. So this evening is dedicated to the connection aspects of tango.
If you are an experienced tango dancer you will find this evening technically very basic, but you might still enjoy the focus on connection and flow.
We will begin with easy Body Love Movements to invite you to relax and connect deeper with your own body first, that is where it all starts.
You can come alone or together with a partner. You can always choose the level of physical closeness in the tango embrace, so you never have to come closer than you feel comfortable with.
For everyone’s comfort, arrive clean and with fresh breath. No strong perfumes. No shoes needed or allowed. Wear socks that slide easily on the floor and bring a water bottle.

You can also join Body Love Tantrayoga with Mia Lehndal before the tango. It is a perfect warm up and will not make you tired, probably the other way around. The yoga is from 16.30-18.30 in the same room and if you join both you will get a discount of 100 SEK.
