Tantric Latihan: Open Practice is for folks who are already versed in the somatic language of this practice and would like to deepen their connection to their somatic body. Your practice will begin when you step into the container. To attend Tantric Latihan: Open Practice you must have attended a Tantric Latihan: Workshop or Liquid Love in the past. If you have attended a Latihan or Liquid Love with a different facilitator and you would like to join, please reach out to us.

More information about Tantric Latihan..Tantric Latihan is your body's native language, finally given room to speak. When you practice Tantric Latihan, you can discover what a real "yes" feels like in your bones. Those moments when your throat tightens but your mouth says "okay"? The practice creates countless moments to practice your no and test your edges - maybe it's choosing stillness while others move, or following an impulse to move when others are quiet. The Latihan practice originates from the Subud spiritual movement founded by Muhammad Subuh Sumohadiwidjojo in 1940s Indonesia. In this context, elements of Latihan's spontaneous movement and surrender practices have been adapted for Tantric practice through a lineage that traces through Osho's interpretive work and was further developed by Laurie Handlers for ISTA trainings. The practice we teach represents a Neo-Tantric evolution of the original surrendering practice, reimagined for contemporary tantric exploration.
