Anand Raj is a seasoned yoga teacher, therapist, and artist whose transformative teachings draw from a profound blend of yoga, art, and sound healing. With years of experience, he weaves his expertise in Kundalini Yoga, tantric practices, and yogic philosophy into his sessions, creating spaces that inspire deep connection and self-discovery. As the founder of the Northern Light Yoga Academy, Anand Raj is committed to helping others find the sacred in every moment.

Massimo Barberi brings over 25 years of yoga teaching expertise, blending traditional Indian philosophies with modern approaches to create profound healing experiences. Trained in Hatha, Raja, and Tantra Yoga under Indian swamis and recognized as a Yoga Elder by the International Independent Yoga Network, Massimo has taught more than 10,000 hours worldwide. He is also a certified Ayurveda therapist, Yin Yoga instructor, and Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher. Beyond yoga, Massimo is an accomplished musician, author, and photographer.

brings the wisdom of the body into motion. With a deep-rooted background in dance and embodiment practices, she guides therapeutic movement journeys that awaken presence, expression, and healing. Her practice, MoveMeant Medicine, invites participants to reconnect with their essence through conscious, intuitive movement.
Beyond dance, Aida is devoted to holistic living—working as a yoga and meditation teacher, Birthkeeper, energy and sound healer, and guide of Forest Baths and healing circles. Her voice and devotional singing weave through her offerings, always returning to the body as a temple of truth.
