White Tantra is the first step in Tantra Theory & Practicing. We're gonna learn to feel and activate our own energy and than connent to a partner (feminin or maskulin) in an authentic way.

Available languages: English, German. The session will be taught in both languages

✔️no previous knowledge about Tantra is necessary. However, the workshop is suitable for people who are physically fit, practice yoga and meditation

✔️for participants who can hold about10 minutes a sitting position (even with a seat cushion)

✔️no drugs 3 days befor the workshop
