Tantra Sacred Dance Retreat – Coming home to the Sacred
Sisters,
You are warmly invited to enter a sacred space of remembrance, healing, and embodiment through the powerful path of Tantra Sacred Dance.
This is a deep, soulful invitation to awaken and reclaim your feminine essence; to move, to feel, and to return to the sacred rhythm that lives within your womb and bodies. In this gentle yet powerful dance, there is no choreography. You are not performing. You are becoming , the vessel, the instrument, the offering. You will dance for and with other women, and be held in a field of unconditional grace and deep feminine presence.
This is not ecstatic dance. This is a sacred transmission, a somatic prayer, where words fall away, and you commune directly with the Divine.
Together, we will honour Shakti, the sacred feminine life force, and gently tend to the feminine and masculine wounds we carry; offering them healing through ancient temple arts, rituals, and Tantra meditations.
Throughout the retreat day, we will weave in tender yet powerful practices of sensual awakening, embodied presence, and loving connection. This space is grounded in trauma-informed care to ensure you feel safe, witnessed, and held.
This is a women-only experience, a nourishing sisterhood container where you are invited to bring a vegan dish to share. Sharing a meal in devotion to the feminine is part of our sacred alchemy, a womb-healing ritual in itself.
I will also offer you a Shakti transmission through my own dance , a blessing and activation to support your unique healing and awakening journey.
