Your body is designed for pleasure and aliveness in all its forms. Eros, the life force that moves through you, is always present, even if you aren’t currently connected to it.
Often due to daily stressors, schedules and to-dos we become disconnected from our own energy, unable to access our creativity, Eros, or pleasure. This workshop guides you through exercises to awaken your playfulness, release emotional tension, and come back to your sense of pleasure in purely existing. We will Awaken your vitality through somatic practices designed to evoke the senses and connect you deeply to your own life force energy moving through you.
Through games and partnered exercises we will release stuck emotions, clear energetic blockages, and connect back to our life force energy. This workshop invites you to connect to all of your senses to awaken the aliveness within you.
This workshop is for:
-anyone who is curious about how to create more joy, pleasure and turn on in their life
-those who feel disconnected and numb
-anyone experiencing anxiety, frustration or overwhelm
-those who wish to connect more deeply & authentically with themselves and others
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and open heart.
Stephanie is a Tantric healer, artist and emotional activator.
She works with groups, couples and individuals to release emotional trauma, shift old patterns and step into a more expansive life filled with joy, pleasure and abundance.
Stephanie believes in the power of vulnerability, communication and emotional alchemy and supports others in facing their shadows, exploring their edges, and thriving in their being through radical self acceptance.
