Meet your Hosts:

Rosa Maxwell: Rosa Maxwell, a trauma-informed Sexual Liberation Coach, helps individuals connect with their bodies and find fulfilment through pleasure. With a background in Psychology and specialised training in somatic and tantric approaches to sexuality, Rosa blends scientific knowledge with spiritual insights.

Grounded in mindfulness, Rosa guides clients to overcome barriers, heal past traumas, and establish deep connections with their pleasure, helping individuals experience a profound feeling of freedom and empowerment.

Eliza India: Eliza India, an experienced community builder and trauma-informed Tantra practitioner, supports individuals to connect to themselves and each other through radical authenticity. With a passion for personal transformation, Eliza combines Tantra, playfulness and Vagal Theory to create a sacred, safe and spicy space for self-discovery.

Together, Rosa Maxwell and Eliza India bring expertise, compassion, and dedication to this Tantra workshop series. Their combined experience in psychology, somatic practices, Tantra, radical authenticity and sexual liberation allows participants to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
