Whether you're new to Neo-Tantra or have some experience, this event builds both the embodied and intellectual foundations of a heart-felt practice. Join a new community and create a shared language, practice, and view. For singles and couples. Clothes-on!

What even is Neo-tantra today? This is the phrase I use for the modern practices of conscious intimacy, pleasure reclamation, embodiment, and authentic connection, inspired by the classical non-dual tantric path. Another way to talk about neo-tantra is: the un-shaming of our sexual selves - and of our moment-to-moment experience of life.
As a human having a human experience, how do you make sense of our deep drives, our emotions, our unending parade of thoughts - and what do you do with desire if you don't go the way of suppression and shame?
Thoughtful, skilled tantric practitioners developed an altogether astonishing path to address these questions.

Many people come to tantra simply wanting 'better sex', but it can change your whole life.

A note on polarity and other misconceptions: if you're looking for some kind of sexual free-for-all, over-the-top catharsis, or heavy-handed 'polarity', this isn't for you.

I'll tell you where common misunderstandings about shiva/shakti come from, and how to actually use these concepts in a way that is true for YOU and your expression.

I offer these teachings to help you cultivate your energetic range and wholeness. From there each person finds their true expression.

And by the way, 'shakti' does NOT equal 'woman'.

We will cover awareness practices, using the breath and body with intention, energy play, and deeper insight work.

My aim is for both yummy embodied experiences and intellectual understanding - which inform each other, in an endless play of refinement.

There are SO many yummy, delightful, contemplative and ecstatic practices to bring to you - I'm excited to build this foundation and then go deeper over time with real neo-tantric community that we create.

About Your Facilitator:

I left my academic career and spent 4+ years in tantric communities, studying Hatha Yoga, shadow work, non-dual philosophy, kundalini, and neo-tantric sexuality.

As a scientist I was stuck in my head, suppressing my emotions and my body's messages. My default communication style was to explain, defend, and try to always be right.

As you might imagine, this led to shallow, unfulfilling relationships and a very stressful life trying to figure everything out with my mind (also, sex was terrible).

After traveling the world for a year and intentionally saying 'yes' to what scared me, something happened that I can only describe as a sexual and spiritual awakening.

I became a neo-tantra teacher + sex & relationship coach, and have been studying emotional intelligence, trauma healing, and sexuality ever since, while walking the path of non-dual shaiva tantra.

(And yes, switching from studying bonding as a chemist to studying bonding as a sex and relationship coach was as wild an adventure as you might imagine!)
