Tango Body Lab is a bi-monthly individual technique class using the ballet barre as a tool to develop alignment, strength, flexibility, and musicality.
Through structured exercises and guided movement, you will build:
• Body awareness
• Balance & stability
• Flexibility & strength
• Musical understanding
• Greater expressive freedom
This class is danced without a partner and without choreography, giving you space to fully focus on your own body and movement quality.
Open to all levels. Perfect for dancers who want to deepen their technique and expand their movement language.
