What is the refund policy?
If you are unable to attend our event and need to cancel your registration, please submit a refund request via our online registration system, EventBrite, or notify the organizer by clicking on the "CONTACT THE ORGANIZER" button to the right. Please note that refund requests received after 12:01pm EST on the Friday before the meeting will not be accepted.

Special Note: Registration desk for check-in will be open by 11:15 am and no walk-ups will be accepted.
