What is the mind? How does it function?
Buddha taught that the mind has the power to create all pleasant and unpleasant objects. What does this mean? How does our mind work to lead us to experience happiness or suffering?
At this talk, with Buddhist nun Gen Kelsang Lhachog, we will explore these questions as presented by Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in his book 'How to Understand the Mind'.
This talk will include guided meditation and an opportunity for questions and refreshments.
Book in advance if possible, however, you can just drop in on the night.
This event is in the community room at the museum and the entrance is through Fitz Park passed Cafe West.
