Join award-winning entrepreneur Takia Ross for So You Want to Pitch—a hands-on, high-energy workshop designed to help founders craft compelling pitches for customers, capital, and collaborators. Drawing from her experience winning over $300,000 in pitch competitions and coaching entrepreneurs to raise over $1 million, Takia will guide participants through key strategies to plan, prepare, and present a winning business pitch. Whether you're a startup or scaling up, this session will give you practical tools, real-world insights, and the confidence to own the room.

About the Presenter
Takia Ross is the Owner of Accessmatized Make-Up Artistry, creator of KiKi Thunda Cosmetics, and founder of the So You Want to Pitch workshop series. A Forbes-featured entrepreneur and community leader, Takia has collaborated with Nike, Experian, and Visa to elevate Black women founders and serves on several local advisory boards, including the Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Employment Development and Hopkins Local. She’s been recognized as one of Baltimore’s Top 25 Women to Watch and one of the DMV’s Top 100 Minority Business Enterprises. As an international speaker, author, and business coach, she empowers entrepreneurs to tell their stories, build their brands, and secure the capital they need to grow.
